Welcome to Born Again Matrimonial ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website at bornagain.com, mobile application, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our Platform immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use Born Again Matrimonial you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age (21 for male members in accordance with the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006).
• Be a practising Christian or from a Christian family background seeking a life partner.
• Be legally eligible to marry — i.e., not currently married under any personal law applicable to you.
• Not be registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Notify us immediately at support@bornagain.com of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not share your password or allow any other person to access your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session if using a shared device.

We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Your profile is your representation on our Platform. You agree that all content you submit — including photos, biographical information, and messages — must be:

• Truthful, accurate, and not misleading in any way.
• Your own content — you must own or have the right to use any images you upload.
• Free from offensive, obscene, or inappropriate material.
• Not copied from another person's profile or any third-party source.

Photo Guidelines

• Only recent photos (taken within the last 2 years) of yourself are permitted.
• Group photos, cartoon avatars, or obscured-face images are not allowed as the primary photo.
• Photos must be family-friendly and modestly dressed in keeping with Christian values.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our Platform:

• Harassment, bullying, or sending unsolicited or offensive messages to other members.
• Soliciting money, financial information, or gifts from other members.
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating any person or entity.
• Collecting personal information of other members for commercial purposes.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or extract data.
• Posting content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempting to circumvent our subscription system or accessing premium features without payment.
• Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation of the Platform or its members.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

Born Again Matrimonial offers both free and paid membership plans. Paid plans unlock additional features such as unlimited profile views, express interest sends, and priority listing.

• All subscription fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
• Membership plans are non-transferable and are valid only for the account holder.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and page design — is the property of Born Again Matrimonial or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By uploading content to our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Born Again Matrimonial is a platform that facilitates introductions between individuals seeking matrimonial alliances. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any member's profile information.
• Verify the marital status, financial standing, or character of any member.
• Endorse any specific match or take responsibility for the outcome of any introduction.
• Guarantee that you will find a suitable life partner through our Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Born Again Matrimonial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We receive credible reports of fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behaviour.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or court order.
• We decide to discontinue the Platform or a particular feature.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
