Our Commitment
As a faith-based matrimonial platform, we hold the safety, dignity, and well-being of all individuals — especially children and minors — as non-negotiable values rooted in our Christian principles.
This policy governs how Born Again Matrimonial prevents, detects, and responds to any content or behaviour that exploits, harms, or endangers children. It applies to all registered members, staff, and third-party service providers.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain an absolute and unconditional zero-tolerance stance on any of the following:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — uploading, sharing, or linking to such content.
- Grooming or soliciting minors for any purpose.
- Attempting to contact, match with, or develop relationships with individuals under 18 years of age.
- Using our Platform to facilitate child marriage in any form.
- Encouraging or enabling any adult to communicate with a minor in an inappropriate manner.
- Falsely claiming or implying that a minor is an adult in any context.
There are no exceptions, warnings, or second chances for violations involving minors. Accounts will be permanently banned and relevant data turned over to law enforcement immediately.
Age Verification
Our Platform is intended exclusively for adults who are eligible to marry under Indian law. We take the following measures to prevent minors from accessing our Platform:
- All registration forms require a date of birth confirming the user is at least 18 years old (21 for male members).
- Our moderation team reviews all new profile photos for signs of underage users.
- Any member can report a profile they suspect belongs to a minor through our reporting system.
- Accounts reported as potentially belonging to a minor are immediately suspended pending investigation.
Prohibited Content & Behaviour
The following content and behaviour are absolutely prohibited on our Platform:
- Any image, video, or text that sexualises minors in any way.
- Profile photos that include children, even as part of a family photograph.
- Messages that attempt to communicate with, discuss, or involve minors.
- Any content that promotes, glorifies, or normalises child marriage.
- Sharing contact information (phone numbers, social media links) with individuals who identify as minors.
- Stories, posts, or testimonials that describe romantic involvement with a person below the legal age of marriage.
