At Born Again Matrimonial, we are committed to being transparent about our subscription terms and refund conditions. This policy applies to all membership plans purchased on our Platform and is effective from the date of purchase.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a subscription payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
Free Plan
Our free membership plan requires no payment and can be cancelled (i.e., account deactivated) at any time without any charges. Features available on the free plan include:
- Basic profile creation and listing.
- Limited profile views per day.
- Limited interest expressions per day.
- Access to public member photos.
To deactivate a free account, go to Account Settings → Deactivate Account or contact our support team.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid memberships on Born Again Matrimonial are offered as one-time, fixed-duration plans. We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Key terms:
- Each plan has a fixed validity period (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 180 days) starting from the date of payment.
- Plans are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
- Plan benefits do not carry over beyond the validity period — unused features expire.
- You may upgrade your plan at any time; any unused days on your current plan may be adjusted as a pro-rata credit at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: You were charged but did not receive access to the plan due to a technical error on our end.
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same plan in the same transaction.
- Service unavailability: The Platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your active subscription period.
- Death of the member: A full pro-rata refund will be provided to the member's family upon submission of a death certificate.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email billing@bornagain.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]".
- Include your order/transaction ID, registered email address, and the reason for your refund request.
- Our billing team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, net banking, debit/credit card).
Non-Refundable Cases
The following are explicitly not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after activating a paid subscription.
- Failure to find a suitable match through the Platform.
- Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Partial use of the subscription period — e.g., not logging in for several days.
- Incompatibility with your device or browser (please use our Help Center to troubleshoot).
- Introductory, promotional, or discounted plans clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Please note the following:
- Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund for any active subscription.
- If you delete your account within 7 days of a new purchase and have not used any premium features, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
- Account deletion is permanent — all profile data, messages, and history will be removed within 30 days.
- Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. You will need to register as a new member.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage all members to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve billing disputes amicably.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
- We will submit transaction evidence to your bank/payment provider to contest the chargeback.
- If the chargeback is found to be invalid, you may be permanently banned from the Platform.
